A one-way ticket to paradise, please
On our trip to Asia it is not our intention to only visit old commie institutions and eat our way through Asia. We are also on our way to paradise Namely the Perhentian Island in Malaysia. It is not my Idea of good fun to spend my time one the beach but the rest of the travel group is pushing so I lost that vote. Still, the beach is a CHEAP way to relax, if you are not counting the numerous Mai-Tai's it requires to keep me happy and satisfied.

my name is Fabi from Germany, I've been living in Texas with Otto years ago. And I just wanted to say you will surely enjoy Perhentian Island. I've been there actually about ten years ago and they had only a couple wooden cabins there and a real beautiful countryside, eventhought I heard that they have a couple of hotels there nowerdays..
I really hope that you are able to keep up with your diary while you are on the trip.
